About us
We are a Dominican–Swiss couple who acquired this property in 2024 and carried out a complete refurbishment, carefully redesigning both the interior and exterior to create a modern, comfortable, and welcoming space.
The house consists of two apartments, a studio, and an office. While we primarily use the property as our private vacation home, we are pleased to offer one apartment and the studio to guests seeking a short-term stay in this unique coastal town.
Our goal is to provide a place that feels both relaxed and thoughtfully designed, allowing visitors to experience Río San Juan with the same sense of comfort and connection that drew us here.
Our Home, Open to You
A Modern Apartment on the Ground Floor
Enjoy 60 m² entirely to yourself, designed for comfort and ease. The apartment features three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for relaxed, self-paced living. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure a seamless stay.
The highlight is a spacious terrace overlooking the lagoon GriGri, offering a calm and constant connection to the landscape that defines Río San Juan.

Cosy Studio on the First Floor with Private Entrance
A private and comfortable studio designed for simplicity and rest. It features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge, offering everything needed for a quiet stay, whether for a few days or longer on your own.
A ceiling fan provides a natural, gentle airflow, in tune with the surrounding climate.
